Career opportunity not just a job! We are expanding and adding Sales Representative positions for our award winning NeuBeam broadband residential and business services. DNG is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative responsible for selling high-speed wireless, fiber, and our new advanced wireless broadband services to residential and business customers throughout Garrett County MD and Tucker County WV. DNG has growing regional West Coast and Mid-Atlantic market footprints. NeuBeam services deliver diversified retail and large enterprise revenue streams from the company’s fiber and wireless network operations in 6 states (WA, MD, VA, ID, OR, and WV).
The Community Sales Representative will be a brand ambassador building excellent customer relationships promoting NeuBeam’s fiber and high-speed wireless products and services to residential and business customers in our Garrett and Tucker Counties market. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding NeuBeam’s customer base and revenue. JOB DESCRIPTION
The position reports directly to the Region’s Sales Manager out of our Oakland MD regional office. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning their assigned territory, developing sales activity plans to promote and sell our fiber and high-speed wireless products outside of the office environment. This role involves a significant amount of fieldwork, including visiting potential clients at their places of business or homes, attending trade shows, and networking events. The goal is to increase the customer base and revenue for the NeuBeam by securing new contracts and upgrading existing customers to higher-tier services.
Core Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and social media to present NeuBeam offerings.
- Customer Sales: Conduct face-to-face or virtual presentations to explain the features, benefits, and pricing of NeuBeam services tailored to the needs of potential clients. Manage the customer contract signing and modification if needed that meet both the client’s needs and the company’s revenue goals.
- Market Research: Keep abreast of local market trends, competitor offerings, and potential customer needs to effectively position the NeuBeam’s services.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by acquiring new customers and upgrading existing accounts with additional services or longer contract terms.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any concerns or questions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products, pricing plans, promotions, and technology advancements to effectively sell and upgrade services.
- Reporting: Document sales activities, potential sales leads, client visits, and customer feedback, reporting back to management with regular updates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and technical support to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales techniques and industry knowledge.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Occasional travel may be required.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition to potential customers.
- Persuasion and Negotiation Skills: Ability to persuade potential customers of the benefits of the service and negotiate contracts beneficial to both the customer and the company.
- Self-Motivated: High level of self-motivation and organization, as this role often involves working independently outside of a traditional office environment.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of internet technologies, networking, and the telecommunications industry to credibly sell and discuss internet services.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in telecommunications, technology, or a related field, is highly beneficial.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as the role involves traveling to meet clients.

Compensation:
- Annual compensation $31,500-$37,500 annually DOE + commission
- Total target compensation (base + commission) $44,700 – $50,700
- 17 days PTO and 10 paid holidays
- Company paid health, vision and dental insurance programs
- Company 401K retirement plan with 3% matching component
- Company paid $100,000 life insurance plan

* Set up Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone equipment and test for proper functionality

Tier II Support Technician
The Tier II Support Technician is primarily responsible for providing technical support by phone to customers of the NeuBeam ISP network from our Onancock, VA office location. The Tier II tech will work to resolve technical issues escalated by Tier I technical support. If remote resolution of the issue is not possible the Tier II Tech will escalate the ticket to Tier III or schedule to dispatch a field technician. Only qualified candidates who live locally should apply.
Tier II Technical Support Responsibilities:
- 2-3 years remote technical support/help desk experience.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Experience supporting basic router and switch functions. (NAT, DHCP, Port forwarding, VLAN’s, DNS, ICMP).
- Experience supporting 802.11 WiFi connectivity.
- Experience in a fixed wireless network (PTP and PMP) preferred with a good grounding in RF fundamentals.
- Experience working with customer management and ticketing software.
- Self-motivated, able to work productively with minimal supervision.
- Able to quickly research equipment and software functions and features.
- Proficient with basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, ability to document complex technical issues.
- Must be organized and able to manage multiple schedules.
- Experience supporting desktop and mobile operating systems.
- Customer service training (ability to maintain call control and work with customers to resolve issues).
- Flexible schedule (on-call and shift may be required).
- Some administrative duties required.
