NeuBeam™, a broadband wireless network provider, is looking for a Sales Representative in Garrett County to market our product line. This individual will be responsible for selling and servicing high speed internet, voice and broadband services for residential and small business customers. This position is the local service interface with residents, community associations and advocates. The Sales Rep will be supported by other NeuBeam personnel who will team with this person to create market opportunities, support customer installation, and ensure a high quality of service for our customers.

The following are the job requirements:

  • 2+ years in a sales/service capacity.
  • Must have good interpersonal, writing and communications skills.
  • Must be action and results-oriented, customer focused, a team player and adaptable.
  • Need to be active in the Garrett County community.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience.
  • Self-starter and able to work remotely from corporate office.
  • Must have business savvy, negotiation skills and ability to close business.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of basic software packages.

The following are the job responsibilities:

  • Responsibility of meeting and exceeding new customer sales quotas (installations) and revenue objectives.
  • Develop expertise to maintain a robust sales pipeline that supports and exceeds forecasts.
  • Build excellent customer relationships and promote NeuBeam’s efforts in Garrett County.

Declaration Networks Group Inc. (DNG) is an award-winning company that designs, builds and operates local broadband networks which connect residential and business customers with our NeuBeam high-speed internet and voice services. Wireless Network Installer/Technician

As a NeuBeam wireless services Installer / Field Technician, you will learn to:

* Perform initial setup as well as troubleshoot and repair high speed wireless Internet service for customers

* Mount antenna/reflector on roof or post or side of home; running wiring from outside antenna to inside wall plate/plug; fastening wiring to outside roof/wall or run cable through attic to inside wall

* Align the antenna with the transmitter to achieve optimal performance

* Perform basic personal computer (PC), radio and Local Area Network (LAN) setup and repair

* Assist customers with initial PC configuration; demonstrating customer portal account setup, LAN setup, and managed router Smartphone App setup

* Present a clean and orderly appearance with great customer skills; use a courteous and professional approach to address customer questions and concerns

* Potentially train to install, service, and splice fiber optic networks

* Set up Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone equipment and test for proper functionality

* Support network problem resolutions and repair support

* Maintain company vehicles and equipment

* Develop knowledge in RF, fiber networking, wireless radio operation, networks, routers, PC’s, WIFI and microwave communications

There is no experience required for this position, but we do expect successful candidates to have an excellent presence in front of customers, show up to work daily and on time, and plan on working hard with your team from 8:00 – 5:00 every day from Monday – Friday, with the possibility of some overtime. Must have an excellent driving record.

Compensation starts at $16/hour based on any relevant prior experience, with potential to grow quickly based on ability to handle vigorous training, and on the job performance.

NeuBeam™, a broadband wireless network provider, is looking for a Sales Support and Outreach specialist on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.This individual will be responsible for assisting the sales team in servicing high speed internet, voice and broadband services for residential and small business customers. The sales assistant will be supported by the Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to create market opportunities, support customer installations, and ensure a high quality of service for our customers.

The following are the job requirements:

  • 2+ years in a sales/service capacity
  • Must have good interpersonal, written, and communication skills
  • Need to be customer focused, a team player, and adaptable
  • Self-starter and able to work remotely from corporate office
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of basic software packages
  • Previous experience with social media, Facebook postings, Instagram, etc..
  • Assist Sales Representatives with mailers, cold calling, canvassing and technical calls that customers may need assistance with

  • Responsible for assisting sales representatives in meeting and exceeding new customer sales quotas (installations) and revenue objectives
  • Build social media following and relationships – use platform to obtain awareness and promote NeuBeam’s efforts on the Eastern Shore of Virginia
  • Assist Sales Manager to develop and manage prospect list within selected Eastern Shore of Virginia communities
  • Describe NeuBeam products and benefits
  • Willing to assist Sales Representatives in developing canvassing routes
  • Promote NeuBeam events and raise public awareness
  • Assist with planning and attend NeuBeam functions
  • Help facilitate customer retention.
  • Survey clients after installation and service appointments to monitor customer satisfaction. Maintain line of communication with Service Manager
  • Work with Service Manager and billing office to add tickets and schedule technician appointments when needed.
  • Handle and follow up on technical customer questions to assist Sales Representatives.
  • Assist Sales Representatives in marketing and canvassing efforts.
  • Monitor emailed sales inquiries, website service requests, and coverage inquiries. Filter and respond to any inquiries not in our service area or on wait list. Add new wait list accounts to internal systems. Forward any relevant information on promising leads to rep of the day and Sales Manager for follow up and signal evaluation.
  • Monitor phone inquiries. Filter and respond to inquiries that are in need of billing or technical support, assistance with moving service, or an update on their wait list status. Forward active/promising leads and relevant information to Sales Representative and Sales Manager for follow up, signal evaluation, or to schedule installation.
  • Develop and record a daily log of weather, lead inquiries, social media activity, and technician appointment type with successes/challenges.
